If you would like to take part in the study, you will be involved in computed tomography (CT) scans (COPD patients only), bronchoscopy, blood analysis and sputum tests. Personal data and coded data from assessments will be entered into a questionnaire and used for research in other European countries. All data will remain anonymous once the study is complete.
